Clinic update December 2023
In the last newsletter for 2023, I mused on how I used to send them.
Before email, sending newsletters meant tapping away on my 90s Compaq, photocopying, stuffing envelopes and post office drop offs. It was a huge chore but, in some ways, I miss the ritual I created around it. In the lead up to the end-of-year mail out, I sorted my client files – addressing envelopes for all current patients and archiving the ones I’d not seen recently. In this process, I thought of every single person I’d worked with over the previous twelve months and wished them well.
Behold, I’ve found one from 1999. Certainly not the first but definitely old school.
