Naturopathy initial consultation and Wellbeing Plan
The initial consultation and Wellbeing Plan is an all-inclusive, three stage process covering a lot more than a single session.
2021: currently all consultations are online via Zoom/Facetime.
This comprehensive initial session and Wellbeing Plan includes the following:
- A pre-consultation questionnaire, to take a snapshot your history, current lifestyle and state of health.
- One individual 60 – 75 minute exploratory session in person or by Skype/FaceTime/phone, to fully assess your health and lifestyle.
- A written assessment of your current health and your individual Wellbeing Plan, with practical ways to improve your lifestyle and how to further improve your health.
Ideally the initial consultation and Wellbeing Plan can form the basis of an ongoing therapeutic relationship – working together to improve your health, lifestyle or effective management of chronic health issues, through traditional naturopathic consulting.
However, Gill has also developed the Wellbeing Plan for people who are curious about their health or how a naturopath works, but may not be ready to commit to long term change. It can be used as one-off experience, providing the expertise and knowledge that you need to better understand your unique body and ways to live a healthier life.
Please note: All new clients must complete a Wellbeing Plan before booking a follow up naturopathic health coaching session or three-session package.
Naturopathy initial consultation and Wellbeing plan: includes the pre-consultation questionnaire, 60 – 75 minute consultation, written health assessment and individual plan AUD$250.
