Overcoming winter hump days (and some fascinating new Vitamin D research)
Some winters everyday feels like hump day! When the weather is gloomy, life can close in on us.
Then, just like that, the sun comes out. Flooded with light and warmth we’re instantly uplifted. That dopamine hit is real, though often short lived.
Growing up in a cold climate, winter is a familiar ally. But after living in the comparative warmth of Sydney for over a decade, I still need a reminder to embrace this season and revel in the cold weather.

Don’t forget to take your Vitamin D
