This week we have part two of Tania’s question:
“I have high cholesterol which is genetic. I’m of normal weight and have a very low fat diet and after switching to low fat milk and giving up cheese there was only a mild shift. Unfortunately all my maternal side of the family has it and the doctor advised I go on statins. The statins appear to be working but there is so much literature out there saying that statins don’t work on females”
