July update
Winter has settled into my bones and, as always, my thoughts turn to travel. My father is a travel-lover but my mother was the stay-at-home type. I sit between the two camps, needing and enjoying both. It turns out travel is good for our mind, body and creativity. It’s now scientifically proven that travel can help you grow new synapses, as well as nurture creativity and other physical benefits. What’s more you don’t need to travel far to reap these rewards.
In late June I was in Melbourne to work with clients and present a talk with colleagues. Despite living more than half my life in that city, there’s always something new to see each time. If you missed me this time and would like a face-to-face naturopathic or business coaching session, please register your interest so I can keep you updated about my next visit.
During these cooler months I crave warm food. A winter favourite is roast vegetables, always making sure there’s extras to transform into additional meals. What are your favourite vegetables to roast and what do you like to do with leftovers? Check out the roast vegetable basics and inspired meals made from the leftovers. What do you liked to do with baked veg?
I hope you’re enjoying all the best that the season has to offer. If you’re struggling with the winter blues or need more energy, don’t forget we can work together from anywhere in the world from the comfort of your workplace or home.
