Delicious drinks for Febfast: round up week 4
What a momentous week it’s been. Congratulations to all the Febfasters who’ve made it through week 4. You’ve done well.
For those who have struggled, remember each alcohol-free day is one your liver will thank you for. Plan ahead for some non-alcoholic nights and stock up on the ingredients for any of the beverages from these four weeks that appeals to you.
Monday – A beautiful homemade pear and cinnamon cordial. Add 1 –2 tablespoons of syrup to a glass of soda or mineral water.
Tuesday – Drink of the day, good old water – ‘cos you can and some peeps in Christchurch can’t. Amazing to be able to turn on a tap and quench your thirst.

Friday mocktail
Virgin pina colada
3 parts pineapple juice
1 part coconut cream
ice
Shake together for a refreshing tropical taste experience.
