August update: before the busy season heats up!

Herbs are back!

As winter throws us yet another round of lingering coughs and pesky infections, it’s a relief to be able to prescribe liquid herbs for my online naturopathic clients (not just locals who see me in my Sydney clinic).

I’m delighted to have found an affordable, professional dispensing service that will make up your herbal prescriptions and deliver them promptly around Australia. Even with postage, these often cost no more than my in-clinic herbal mixtures and usually arrive within 24 hours.

Working with Intention

If you struggle with procrastination, anxiety or just feel like you could engage more fully with life, here’s a red hot tip. Setting intentions about HOW you want to feel, rather goals of WHAT you want to do, can help you sneak under the radar and enjoy your time more. Recently I’ve begun logging my intentions each weekend on my  my Insta feed to keep me on track.

Food

My latest recipe is made from a store cupboard favourite, which happens to be a very special herb. Artichoke dip heaped on crusty bruschetta made the perfect centrepiece for celebratory party platter, and best of all took only a couple of minutes.

You can now find all my original recipes, in the Food section (under Recipes + Resources). Each recipe is noted as to whether it’s vegan, gluten-free and/or dairy-free.

Behind the scenes

The past month has been a highly productive one. As well as ongoing 1:1 naturopathic and mentoring sessions, and road testing online prescriptions, there’s been a lot of behind the scenes work.

Next time you book, please take a look at the updated client service agreement, when the notification appears.

If you’re a health practitioner, check out the latest mentoring update. It includes some new resources and how to access a generous discount on my Health Masters ‘Practice Builders’ webinars. Just use the link and bundle code in the update, or from the new Mentoring “Learn” page.

See you soon

With spring just around the corner, I’ve added a few extra appointment slots. This is the best time to improve your physical resilience –  before hayfever season. As we come out of our winter hibernation, stress also has a tendency to ramp up and before you know it, it’s the festive season. So this really is the perfect time to pay attention to your health.

Simply book online and choose a day and time that suits. If you’re a new client please choose an initial consultation, but if you previously saw me at City Natural Therapies, just select a naturopathy follow on (55 minute).
