Most mornings this summer I’ve been waking refreshed and getting up early to enjoy a long walk before the day gets too hot. It’s become clear from wearing my fitness tracker that the earlier I walk in the morning, the more likely I am to reach my target daily steps.
According to media mogul Arianna Huffington, getting enough sleep is the key to a more productive, inspiring and joyful life. It sounds simple enough but so many of us don’t make sleep a priority. With better sleep and more consistent exercise, as Arianna predicted, I’ve been feeling productive and inspired. So much so that I’ve launched two new professional supervision programs for naturopaths, a fantastic half-day corporate wellness workshop and have scheduled my next Melbourne client sessions.
