Welcome to the new Professional Supervision group for established health practitioners (naturopaths, herbalists and allied health professionals). Sessions are bimonthly, via GoToMeeting/Google Hangouts, on the first Tuesday of alternate months. These sessions are for practitioners who would like to expand their clinical and business skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Session 1: When things go wrong: how to mindfully deal with sticky situations in practice.
Sorry you’ve missed this session. Feel free to register your interest in future group sessions or explore 1:1 supervision.
From scheduling malfunctions to clinical errors, practitioners are only human. In this session, we’ll lift the lid on this rarely discussed aspect of practice and to help you develop strategies to be a more effective clinician and business owner.
Date: Tuesday 4 August 2015
Time: 7pm (AEST)

About Gill Stannard
Gill graduated from the Southern School of Natural Therapies in 1991. She ran a successful multidisciplinary clinic in the Melbourne CBD for 23 years and now works with clients around the world, from her new home in Sydney.
As a senior lecturer in Herbal Medicine at SSNT, Gill noticed graduates often lacked the support they needed in practice after completing their degree. She began running practitioner support groups in 1997 and has been offering professional supervision and mentoring ever since.
Gill is passionate about supporting emerging and experienced practitioners in all aspects of small business, media and clinical skills, through individual and group professional supervision. She is a Fellow of the NHAA and one of only four supervisors approved by the association.
Fineprint: Your place will be confirmed with details of how to join the group on the night when your full payment is processed. No refunds, unless insufficient numbers to run the group.
