Traditional naturopathy talks about “acid” and “alkaline” foods which could be very confusing, after all how can a tangy lemon be “alkaline” yet an orange is classed as “acidic”? The Anti-inflammatory Diet demystifies the same concept and can help ease “inflammatory” ailments (any conditions with an ‘itis’ at the end of the name), help us sleep better and even normalise our weight.
